Seprod Limited advises that the Board of Directors, via a round robin resolution on November 8, 2021 declared a dividend payment of fifty cents ($0.50) per share to shareholders on record as at November 26, 2021. The dividend payment will be on December 10, 2021. Ex-dividend date is November 25, 2021.
