Caribbean Products Company Limited

A powerhouse in oils and fats, Caribbean Products Company Limited (CPL) is the principal manufacturer of cooking oil, margarine and shortening in Jamaica. The company, well reputed as the most technologically advanced oil production facility in Jamaica, also produces Specialty Fats for the bakery trade and private label brands for third-party customers. For third-party clients we offer the advantages of economies of scale and scope resulting in a premier range of products at the most competitive prices. The company also manufactures PET and HDPE bottles for the packaging of its oil products.

Facey Commodity Company Limited

Facey Commodity Company Limited is one of Jamaica’s premier distributors in the fast-moving consumer goods industry (FMCG). They are particularly proud to distribute several well-known local and international brands in the Jamaican market including Serge®, Oreo®, Brunswick®, KraftHeinz®, EVE®, Supligen®, Post®, Twinings®, Ovaltine®, Butterkist®, Cadbury®, Nabisco®, Tang®, Goya®, Chubby® and Busta®. These brands are sold and merchandised in supermarkets, wholesalers, food service outlets, small shops, convenience stores and pharmacies throughout Jamaica by our team of passionate professionals.

FT Farfan Limited is the most diversified Industrial Supply company in Trinidad and Tobago catering to customers in the agriculture, automotive, construction, manufacturing, mining & quarrying and marine sectors.

Jamaica Grain & Cereals Limited

Jamaica Grain & Cereals Limited (JGCL) officially opened its newly refurbished, state-of the art Multi-Grain Milling Operation and launched the latest additions to its product portfolio in March 2018. The joint venture initiative with the Seaboard Corporation also marks the company’s foray into flour production under the Gold Seal brand, a move which now sees the company producing counter flour, baking flour, whole wheat flour and specialty value-added products.

The outlay also covers the construction of the Grain Terminal at the Port enabling JGCL to receive larger grain vessels and affording it the flexibility to purchase grain from the most advantageous sources. The investment will also allow JGCL to increase its cornmeal production to better satisfy demand throughout the Caribbean.

International Biscuits Limited

Since 2006 when the manufacturing assets of Kraft Foods Jamaica Limited were purchased by Seprod, the plant at International Biscuits Company Limited (IBL) has not ceased to amaze its consumers and customers with its delicious lines of biscuits and cheese snacks. The IBL plant produces a wide assortment of cookies and crackers under the Butterkist brand and a wide range of snacks under the Snackables brand along with third-party brands such as Ovaltine.

Today the name Butterkist is synonymous with Jamaican favourites exporting to markets in the USA, Canada, UK, Latin America and the Caribbean. IBL has built a global reputation for quality and affordability – the factory is FSSC 22000 and RSPO certified, and with a recent plant investment of $170M, it stands ready to expand its outsourcing capabilities. Ongoing upgrades including improved ovens, a liquid oil spray machine and enhanced storage space have improved productivity and reduced the cost profile for IBL over the years. Producing 53,000 pounds of dough per day, operating in 24-hour shifts, five days per week, IBL continues to craft delicious sweet and savoury snacks for the young and young at heart – ensuring every bite hits the right spot.

Industrial Sales Limited

Industrial Sales Limited (ISL) operates as Seprod’s main marketing and distribution arm. ISL is also the proud owner of its proprietary brand, Miracle, an iconic Jamaican brand that covers over thirty products ranging from cornmeal and canned foods to sauces and seasonings. The company has an efficient island-wide distribution footprint allowing for extensive coverage of supermarkets, wholesales, pharmacies and groceries across Jamaica. They are particularly proud to distribute several well-known brands in the local market including: Chiffon, Betty, Gold Seal, Cool Fruit and Swizzle.

Micon Marketing Limited

Established in 1997, Micon Marketing Limited is a leading Marketing and Distribution Company based in Trinidad & Tobago. Micon carries out key functions of Marketing & Distribution, focusing on Food and Household, Bakery, Personal Care, Non-Alcoholic Beverages, Confectionery, and Tobacco products.

Musson International Dairies Limited

Musson International Dairies is a factory that specialises in the manufacturing of juices and milk-based drinks. Our vision is to become a world class facility in the region and to that end, has invested in technology that has seen the company feature the most advanced Tetra-Pak packaging capability in Jamaica. This allows for extensive third-party manufacturing and packaging, and significantly increased milk production to better meet market demand.

Serge Island Farms Limited

At Serge Island Farms Limited (SIFL) we are a farming community. We have a real connection with the land that sustains us and the wholesome goodness it supplies. Serge continues to invest in the parish of St. Thomas through employment, partnerships, sponsorships and donations to the various communities and sectors. Jamaica’s largest dairy farm, Serge Island Farms, sits on over two thousand acres of lush pastures and is home to over 5,000 cows. We are proud of our traditions of quality and consistency which were fine-tuned during our recent process of modernisation, and today enable us to produce over 7M litres of fresh, Grade A milk annually, and play our part in nourishing our nation.

Christopher Bryan
Group Loss Prevention Manager, Seprod Limited
Christopher Bryan is the Group Loss Prevention Manager at Seprod Limited, where he leads the development and execution of security policies and procedures to protect the company’s assets, facilities, and revenue streams. With over 40 years of experience in security management and law enforcement, he plays a vital role in safeguarding Seprod’s operations.

Before joining Seprod in 2021, Christopher held leadership roles including Security Operations Manager at Cable and Wireless Jamaica and Police Sergeant in the Jamaica Constabulary Force. He also gained international experience as a Ramp Supervisor with Delta Global Services in the USA.

Christopher Christopher is a board member of the Aeronautical Telecommunications of Jamaica (AEROTEL) and holds a Master of Science in National Security and Strategic Studies, a Master of Science in Government and Political Science, and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management, equipping him with deep knowledge in security operations, governance, and risk management.
Ralston Bent
Consultant Veterinarian, Serge Island Farms Limited
Ralston Bent is the Consultant Veterinarian at Serge Island Farms Ltd., responsible for animal nutrition, reproduction, herd health, and driving operational efficiency. He rejoined Seprod in 2024, having previously served from 2015 to 2022 in roles including Young Stock Manager and Farm Manager.

His career spans diverse roles, including Veterinary Consultant for the Turks and Caicos government, Animal Health and Welfare Manager at CB Group, and earlier positions in livestock coordination and team leadership at RUSAL-WINDALCO. He also lectured in Animal Science at HEART/NSTA Trust.

Bent holds a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine & Zootechnics from the Central University "Marta Abreu" of Las Villas (UCLV) in Cuba, a Postgraduate Diploma in Veterinary Acupuncture and Homeopathy, a Certificate in Enhanced Clinical Diagnostics from Tuskegee University, and a Professional Language Diploma in Spanish. He is currently completing his MBA at the University of East London.

Bent is a member of the Jamaica Veterinary Medical Association and an affiliate of the Wider Caribbean Sea Turtle Conservation Network (WIDECAST). Recognised as the most outstanding foreign graduate in his 2011 cohort, Ralston was the first Cuban-trained veterinarian licensed to practise in Jamaica. He is motivated by continuous learning and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference each day.
Hortense Edwards
General Manager - Pharmaceutical, Facey Pharmaceutical Division
Efrain Lara is the Area Manager at Musson International Dairies Republica Dominicana SRL (MIDLDR), with nine years of experience driving company performance and managing relationships with local distributors.

Efrain began his career at Nestlé, where he gained extensive experience in logistics and supply chain operations, advancing from local procurement to Regional Supply Planner for the Caribbean. He later transitioned into commercial roles, serving as Institutional Sales Supervisor at Manuel Arsenio Ureña, Sales Supervisor at Grupo Don Rodrigo, and Operations Manager at Petribution SRL.

These diverse roles have equipped Efrain with a comprehensive understanding of business operations, enabling him to effectively oversee MIDLDR’s operations and collaborate across multidisciplinary departments.

Efrain holds a degree in Business Management and Project Management, along with additional certifications in Marketing and Neuroscience, Sales Forecasting, and Communication Skills.
Tameka Williamson Smart
Financial Controller - Manufacturing, Seprod Limited
Tameka Williamson Smart is the Financial Controller for Manufacturing at Seprod Limited, bringing extensive experience in financial management and auditing. She joined Seprod in 2022, where she plays a key role in overseeing the company’s manufacturing financial operations, driving operational efficiencies, and ensuring robust financial governance. Prior to Seprod, Tameka held leadership roles at JN Small Business Loans as Senior Loans Officer and Credit Relations Manager, followed by six years as Senior Auditor at EY Jamaica. Tameka holds a Certificate in Supervisory Management from the University of the West Indies, Mona, and an ACCA Professional Certification in Auditing and Accounting. Her deep understanding of financial processes, credit management, and auditing contributes to the Group’s continued growth and operational excellence.
Richard Pandohie
Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, Facey Pharmaceutical
Richard R. Pandohie, CD, JP, assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of the Seprod Group in January 2015. He boasts a wealth of experience, having served in diverse managerial and board capacities in corporations spanning multiple industries across the Caribbean and Central America. Noteworthy is Richard’s impactful tenure as President of the Jamaica Manufacturers and Exporters’ Association (JMEA), where he exhibited remarkable leadership and inspired industry-wide progress. His academic qualifications underscore his commitment to excellence, holding a Master of Business Administration degree in Corporate Finance and Operations Management from McGill University, complemented by a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from The University of the West Indies. His outstanding contributions to national development in the manufacturing sector were duly recognised with the award of the Order of Distinction, Commander Class, one of the highest honours bestowed by the nation, solidifying his status as a pioneering figure in the advancement of the industry.
Kareem Jones
Chief Financial Officer - Distribution, Seprod Limited
Kareem Jones serves as the Chief Financial Officer – Distribution at the Seprod Group, overseeing financial strategy, planning, and performance for Facey and Industrial Sales Limited. He is focused on driving profitability, operational efficiency, and alignment with group objectives.

He first joined Seprod in 2020 as Chief Accountant at Facey, returned in 2025 to take up his current role, and brings over 15 years of experience in finance, audit, and leadership. His previous roles include Director of Finance at the Guyana Football Federation and Financial Controller at Stationery & Office Supplies Ltd.

Kareem is a Chartered Accountant (ACCA UK) and holds a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of London. He is motivated by continuous improvement and creating long-term business value.
Dale Wiest
General Manager, Jamaica Grain & Cereals Ltd.
Dale Wiest is the General Manager at Jamaica Grains and Cereals Ltd., overseeing plant operations, safety, production efficiency, quality, and research and development. Since joining in October 2015, he has led the construction and installation of the company’s wheat milling facility, significantly enhancing Seprod’s production capabilities and improving cost efficiency.

With a career spanning multiple countries, Dale has held key operations roles in the USA, Nigeria, Guyana, Kenya, and Indonesia. He has successfully led major projects, including the implementation of Lean Manufacturing in Kenya and a self-generation power project in Guyana.

A certified wheat and maize miller by the International Association of Operative Millers in the United States, Dale is passionate about optimising operations, mentoring teams, and driving continuous improvement in the manufacturing industry.
Enrique Douglas
Business Analytics Manager, Seprod Limited
Enrique Douglas is the Business Analytics Manager at Seprod Limited, with over 15 years of experience in data analysis, customer experience, and business intelligence. Since joining Seprod in 2021, Enrique has been instrumental in leveraging data insights to optimise business processes and support strategic decision-making across the Group. He previously held key roles at Stewart's Automotive Group as the Customer Relationship Management Manager and Digicel Group, where he managed customer experience and technical operations across multiple markets. Enrique holds a Master’s degree in Computer-Based Management Information Systems and a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Management from the University of the West Indies.
Amanda Sasso
Group Business Development Manager, Seprod Limited
Amanda Sasso is the Group Business Development Manager at Seprod Limited, where she plays a key role in driving revenue growth, market expansion, and strategic partnerships across the region and internationally.

Since joining Seprod in 2016 as an Export Manager, Amanda has been instrumental in growing the company’s export business and enhancing client relationships. She has held several leadership roles, including Commercial Manager and Lead Business Development Manager, consistently contributing to Seprod’s growth and development.

Amanda holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing and International Business Management from the Mona School of Business and Management, graduating with distinction, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto, where she earned honours. Her deep expertise in business development, revenue generation, and market strategy continues to support Seprod’s global expansion efforts.
Melanie Subratie
Director
Melanie Subratie is the Deputy Chairman of Musson (Jamaica) Limited, and is the Chairman and CEO of Stanley Motta Limited and Felton Property Management. Additionally, she is the Chairman of the Musson Foundation and the Seprod Foundation. Melanie is a director of Seprod Limited, and all of its subsidiaries, and AS Brydens Holdings Ltd and all of its subsidiaries. She serves on the audit committee of Seprod and is a trustee of the Seprod Pension Fund. Melanie is the Vice-Chairman of General Accident Insurance Company Limited and T. Geddes Grant Limited, a director of Facey Group, Interlinc Limited, Eppley Limited, Eppley Caribbean Property Fund (ECPF), PBS Group and all its subsidiaries. She is also Chairman of the Audit Committee for Interlinc Limited and serves the audit committees of ECPF, Interlinc and AS Brydens. A keen angel investor, she is a director of Bookfusion Limited. Melanie is a director of the Jamaica Chamber of Commerce. She is a graduate of the London School of Economics, and mother to three teenage girls.

Ferron Senior is the Group Head of Information Technology at Seprod Limited, where he plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s Digital Transformation Strategy. He has been instrumental in leading Cybersecurity, Automation, and Digitalization initiatives, strengthening Seprod’s technological framework and operational efficiency.

With over 20 years of experience in IT leadership, Ferron has held key roles at KingAlarm Systems, where he served in various positions culminating in his last role as General Manager of IT/Call Centre Operations, as well as SuperClubs, where he was Information Technology Manager for eight years. His proficiency includes Digital Transformation, IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Budgeting and Systems design.

Ferron holds a Master of Science in Information Technology from the University of Liverpool, further solidifying his expertise in IT strategy, Business Process, and innovation.

Chana Hay
General Manager - Distribution, Seprod Limited
Chana Hay joined Facey Commodity in May 2015 as General Manager of the Merchandise Division and now leads Seprod’s Distribution Operations, overseeing both Facey Commodity and Industrial Sales Limited. She brings over 20 years of experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, with deep expertise in commercial strategy and operational leadership.

Hay previously held senior roles at Lascelles Ltd., where she worked with leading local and multinational brands such as Unilever, Kimberly-Clark, and Brunswick. Her roles included Divisional Manager and Commercial Manager. Prior to joining Seprod, she served as Commercial Director at J. Wray & Nephew Ltd., a Gruppo Campari company.

She holds a Master’s degree in Business Management (Distinction), with a minor in Marketing, from the Mona School of Business, and a BSc in Management Studies with a minor in Economics from the University of the West Indies, Mona.

Fredy Graell
Factory Manager, Serge Dairies
Fredy Graell is the Factory Manager at Serge Dairies, bringing over 30 years of experience in production management and maintenance operations across the Caribbean. Since rejoining Serge Dairies in 2019, Fredy has led the production of juice beverages and dairy products, driving operational efficiency and product quality.

Fredy's career began in 1994 at Del Monte de Panama as a Production and Maintenance Supervisor overseeing Tetra Pak lines for juice processing. He later served as Logistics Manager at Autoridad Nacional del Ambiente before joining Serge Island Dairies in 2002 as UHT Plant Engineer and Manager, where he contributed to the Integrated Quality Management System and led key equipment installations.

He expanded his expertise at S.M. Jaleel & Co. Ltd in Trinidad as Tetra Operations Manager and later Plant Manager, and at Lovers Industrial Corporation BV in Curacao as Head of Production. Fredy holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and a Post-Graduate Certification in Maintenance Programming Administration and Management Information Systems from the University of Technology, Panama, along with multiple certifications in HACCP Auditing, ISO 22000, and PLC Automation.
Damion Dodd
Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary, Seprod Limited
Damion Dodd is a finance professional with over 25 years of experience and currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of the Seprod Group. He brings a wealth of expertise in Finance, with a particular specialty in Taxation, having previously held the role of Tax Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers. A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Jamaica (ICAJ), Damion has served as an Advisor on the ICAJ’s Tax and Accounting Standards Committees. He has successfully completed the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level II exam and holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Accounting and Economics from the University of the West Indies, Mona. Additionally, he is a Chartered Public Accountant (CPA) licensed by the New Hampshire Board of Accountancy, USA. Damion represents the Seprod Group at the Jamaica Chamber of Commerce (JCC), where he served as a Director from 2018 to 2020. He currently sits on the Board of the Jamaica Manufacturers and Exporters Association (JMEA) and serves as the Treasurer of the organisation.
Euton Cummings
Chief Strategy Officer - Human Capital, Seprod Limited
Euton Cummings is a seasoned human resources and business strategy leader with over 30 years of experience driving organizational transformation and talent excellence. As the Chief Strategy Officer – Human Capital at Seprod Limited, he leads the company’s people strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives to foster growth and innovation.

Before joining Seprod, Euton spent 19 years at National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited (NCB), where he held various leadership roles, including Senior Vice President of the Human Resources and Facilities Division. He also dedicated 11 years to the National Water Commission, serving as Compensation and Benefits Manager and HR Manager, and spent a year as an Information Technology Lecturer at Northern Caribbean University.

Euton holds a Double Major Bachelor’s degree with honors in Management Studies and Accounting, along with a Master’s degree with distinction in Management Information Systems from the University of the West Indies, Mona. His strategic expertise and passion for human capital development continue to be instrumental in driving Seprod’s success and transformation.
Juan Baez
Head of Route to Market Operations, Seprod Limited and Caribbean Producers (Jamaica) Limited
Juan Baez is the Head of Route to Market Operations for Seprod Limited and Caribbean Producers Jamaica Limited (CPJ), with over 28 years of experience in commercial management and sales operations across the Caribbean and Latin America. Since joining Seprod in 2022, Juan has led the company’s commercial strategy, market expansion efforts, and business development initiatives.

Prior to Seprod, Juan held leadership roles at Mondelēz International as Business Development & Route to Market Manager and at Kraft Foods as Trade Marketing and Route to Market Manager and Business Development Manager for the Caribbean-America Export Markets, where he focused on market expansion and distribution optimisation.

Juan holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, and Management from the Interamerican University. His deep knowledge of market planning and supply chain operations has been instrumental in supporting Seprod’s vision of becoming the region’s leading manufacturer and distributor.
Carol Andrade
Group Quality & Innovation Manager, Seprod Limited
Carol Andrade is an accomplished Quality Director and Food Technologist with over 25 years of experience in operational excellence, product innovation, and regulatory compliance within the food manufacturing industry.

As Group Quality and Innovation Manager at Seprod Limited, Carol has led the implementation of international quality systems, including FSSC 22000, ISO 22000:2018, and ISO 9001:2015, while driving the development of new products.

Her expertise spans strategic planning, food safety management, change leadership, and team mentoring to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Carol is a recognised industry leader, serving as Chairman of the National Food Standards Technical Committee at the Bureau of Standards Jamaica and contributing to regional and international food safety initiatives.

Passionate about food quality and safety, Carol remains dedicated to advancing best practices and innovation across the industry.
Marilyn Anderson, JP
General Manager, Caribbean Products Limited
Marilyn Anderson serves as the General Manager of Caribbean Products Company Limited., bringing over three decades of experience to the Seprod Group. Since joining in August 1989, she has held several key positions across the business, including Plant Management, Research & Product Development, Quality Control, Property Management and as Corporate Secretary.

Her extensive knowledge of the business and dedication to operational excellence have been integral to the company's growth and success.

Marilyn holds an MBA in International Business and a BSc. in Chemistry from the University of the West Indies. She is also an active member of the St. Andrew Lions Club.
Ron Schindler
Director
Ronny (Ron) Schindler is a former President of Clover Leaf Seafoods Corp. & Executive Vice President of Bumble Bee Seafoods. Mr. Schindler joined Connors Bros. Limited, the original owner of the Brunswick® brand in 1983. Since that time, he has held executive leadership positions in sales, marketing and operations. In 2013, he was promoted to President of Clover Leaf Seafood Corp. (previously Connors Bros. Clover Leaf Seafoods) with full responsibility for all Canadian business units (including all export sales & marketing ex. USA), a position he had held as an Executive Vice President since 2006. Mark Suomi was appointed to the board of Seprod Limited in January 2022. Mark has extensive marketing, sales, and operational expertise. Before joining Seprod, he served as Director of America Export of Mondelez International, a global food manufacturing company, from 2013 to 2021, and as Associated Director of Strategy from 2012 to 2013. His leadership and contributions shaped the company’s strategic position in the market, driving opportunities for new revenue, leading partnerships and marketing programs that distinguished the company. Prior to Mondelēz, Mark held various marketing roles of Kraft Foods International from 2002 to 2012, and various advertising and consumer promotional roles of Kraft Foods USA from 1989 to 2002. Mark holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Northern Michigan University with continued education in advertising at Northwestern University & Leo Burnett.
Brian Wynter

Honourable Brian Wynter is internationally recognised as a central banker and financial markets executive with a wide range of experience in challenging environments. He was Governor of Bank of Jamaica during Jamaica’s historic turnaround, co-chair of the Economic Programme Oversight Committee, founding CEO of Jamaica’s Financial Services Commission and corporate finance head and country treasurer for Citibank Jamaica. Moving seamlessly between public and private sectors, his professional experience includes stints at the International Monetary Fund’s Caribbean Regional Technical Assistance Centre in Barbados and the capital markets and derivatives subsidiaries of Chase Manhattan and Schroders in New York. Called to the bar in the UK and Jamaica, he holds a BSc (Econ) from the London School of Economics and Political Science, a Diploma in Law from The City University and a Masters in International Affairs from Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs. In 2020, he was awarded the Order of Jamaica for distinguished service to central banking and the financial sector in Jamaica.

Nicholas Jones is the Managing Director and Chairman of Fred M. Jones Estates Limited since 2013. He currently serves as a Director on the Coconut Industry Board and the Jamaica Agricultural Development Foundation. He formerly held the position of the Agricultural Director of the Jamaica Producers Group, the Managing Director of Montpelier Citrus Company and General Manager of Guardsman Ltd. Mr. Jones has a BSc in Agriculture from the University of Georgia in the USA and a MSC in Agricultural Science from Melbourne University in Australia and has attended Advanced Management Programs at the University of the West Indies and the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Patrick A.W. Scott is the Chairman of Facey Commodity Company Limited and the Executive Deputy Chairman of the Facey Group. Prior to these appointments, he served as Chief Executive Officer. A seasoned executive, Mr. Scott has combined work experience totaling over 50 years in various roles. He was also a key figure in the global development of Facey’s Telecom business. Additionally, during his tenure as General Manager of the Pharmaceutical Division of Facey Commodity Company Limited, he was instrumental in its strong and rapid growth. Marketing trained, he attended Seneca College and Ryerson University in Toronto, Canada. Patrick currently serves on several boards, locally and internationally, including, P.A. Christopher Gentles

Christopher Bryan is the Group Loss Prevention Manager at Seprod Limited, where he leads the development and execution of security policies and procedures to protect the company’s assets, facilities, and revenue streams. With over 40 years of experience in security management and law enforcement, he plays a vital role in safeguarding Seprod’s operations.

Before joining Seprod in 2021, Christopher held leadership roles including Security Operations Manager at Cable and Wireless Jamaica and Police Sergeant in the Jamaica Constabulary Force. He also gained international experience as a Ramp Supervisor with Delta Global Services in the USA.

Christopher Christopher is a board member of the Aeronautical Telecommunications of Jamaica (AEROTEL) and holds a Master of Science in National Security and Strategic Studies, a Master of Science in Government and Political Science, and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management, equipping him with deep knowledge in security operations, governance, and risk management.
Nicholas Scott

Nicholas Scott is the Chief Investment Officer of the Musson Group and serves as a director of its subsidiaries and affiliates. He is also the Vice Chairman of Eppley Limited and the Chairman of the Eppley Caribbean Property Fund Limited SCC. Mr. Scott is the Chairman of the Student Loan Bureau and is a former Vice-President of the Private Sector Organisation of Jamaica. He holds a B.Sc. in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, an M.B.A from Columbia Business School and an M.P.A. from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
Michael Subratie

Michael Subratie is the Managing Director of T. Geddes Grant (Distributors) Limited as well as the Chief Operating Officer of Musson Jamaica in charge of Musson’s manufacturing and trading business entities. Michael is also Founder and Executive Chairman of MJS Industrial Park Limited which has developed Spanish Town’s first Industrial Technology Special Economic Zone Park. He has served on several government boards including the Urban Development Corporation, Jamaica Urban Transit Company, Jamaica Railway Corporation, Montego Freeport Limited and the former Pegasus Hotel. He also sits on the board of the American Chamber of Commerce, and is the Honorary Consul of Bangladesh. In November, 2016, Michael was appointed as Dean of The Consular Corps of Jamaica. In his capacity as Dean, Michael represents over 47 countries that do not have resident ambassadors in Jamaica. Michael is an active member of the Young Presidents’ Organisation (YPO) and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with highest honor from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering from Purdue University. In April 2021, Michael completed the Wharton General Management Program at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Byron Thompson is a former Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of the Seprod Group. He also sits on the Board of Seprod’s subsidiaries and is the Chairman of the Audit Committee. He is a Director of Eppley Limited and a member of the Audit Committee. Mr. Thompson is also a member of the Salvation Army Advisory Board and a Council member of the Bureau of Standards of Jamaica. Mr. Thompson is also the Chairman of the Executive Committee, the Purchasing Committee and the Standards and Technical Committee and a member of the Information, Communication and Technology Committee of the Bureau of Standards. Mr. Thompson holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry and Geology from the University of the West Indies and an MBA from Barry University, Florida, USA.

The Musson Group includes leading businesses such as The PBS Group, Seprod Limited, General Accident Insurance, and A.S. Brydens & Sons. He has served as CEO of Musson since 2004. Today the Musson Group has a turnover in excess of US$1.6 billion annually and over 7,000 employees. In addition to his private sector contributions, P.B. Scott has committed a significant amount of time to public service. He is the chairman of the Development Bank of Jamaica and has led multiple enterprise teams to divest government assets. In 2023, he was awarded “the Order of Jamaica (OJ)” for his exceptional contribution to the Business Industry, Investment, and Philanthropy in Jamaica and the Caribbean.
