Seprod Limited (SEP) Declares Dividend

Seprod Limited (SEP) has advised that at a meeting of their Board of Directors on February 22, 2021, the following resolution was passed:

“THAT a dividend of thirty cents ($0.30) per share be paid to all shareholders on record as at March 10, 2021, AND THAT the payment date of the dividend be March 15, 2021 ”.

The ex-dividend date is March 9, 2021.
