NCB Capital Markets Limited has advised that the Invitation for Subscription made by Facey Group Limited subject to a prospectus dated October 12, 2018, inviting offers for the purchase of Ordinary Shares in Seprod Limited closed on Tuesday, October 30, 2018, at approximately 4:30 p.m.
