Seprod Limited advises that, the Board of Directors at a meeting held on April 11, 2022 declared a dividend payment of fifty cents ($0.50) per share to shareholders on record as at April 29, 2022. The dividend payment will be on May 6, 2022. The ex-dividend date is April 28, 2022.
