GSAT SCHOLARSHIP AWARDS

The Seprod Group of Companies continued a proud tradition on Wednesday, October 29, 2008 by hosting its Annual Scholarship Function at its Caribbean Products (CARIB) subsidiary, for children of employees who were placed in high schools for academic year 2008-2009, by way of the Grade Six Achievement Test (GSAT).
 
The 32 awardees and their parents were first hosted for lunch by the General Manager of Caribbean Products, Clement Burnett before being escorted on a tour of the CARIB facility by Shift Production Managers, Errol Ackun and Robert Duricka.

During the function which followed, they were formally introduced to members of the Group's Executive Committee. They were also addressed by the CEO, Mr. Byron Thompson who congratulated the awardees and encouraged them to use the opportunity to excel in school, laying the foundation to achieve their career objectives.
